Professional installation, handover, training

A team of engineers and experienced technicians installs server technology, cabling and all the displays in the chairs. We allow the customer to provide their own installation staff. We then train these employees.

Fire protection for cables and components

Maximum protection is particularly important when it comes to fire protection. For this reason, our cables have been manufactured in a special version that is FRNC compliant.

Intensive testing phase

Often thousands of displays are installed in one installation. As part of reliability, all displays and components are subjected to a long-term test of 48 hours. This gives us a failure rate of almost 0%.

Technical service hook-up

In the event of a deeper error, a single display can be unlocked for deeper analysis. The error analysis can then be carried out locally or by an engineer from the VICOM headquarters.

Online update

Individual, defined displays or all units together can have new firmware or new features installed online. Customer requests can also be implemented subsequently.

Detecting and reporting errors

The seating plan shows the operator where there is a problem and what the error is. The operator can now, for example, send a reboot command to an individual display if the system has not booted correctly.
