Professional installation, handover, training

A team of engineers and experienced technicians installs the server technology, cabling, and all displays in the chairs. Customers are welcome to provide their own installation personnel, who will then be trained by us.

Fire protection for cables and components

Maximum safety is especially important when it comes to fire protection. For this reason, our cables were manufactured in a special version that complies with FRNC standards.

Intensive testing phase

Often, thousands of displays are installed in a single system. To ensure reliability, all displays and components undergo a 48-hour long-term test. This results in a failure rate of virtually 0%.

Technical service hook-up

In the event of a more serious fault, a dedicated display can be unlocked for in-depth analysis. The fault analysis can then be performed locally or remotely by an engineer from VICOM headquarters.

Online update

Individual, defined displays or all units together can have new firmware or new features installed online. Customer requests can also be implemented subsequently.

Detecting and reporting errors

The seating plan shows the operator where there is a problem and what the error is. The operator can now, for example, send a reboot command to an individual display if the system has not booted correctly.
