Technical service hook-up

In the event of a deeper error, a single display can be unlocked for basic analysis. The error analysis can then be carried out locally or by a VICOM engineer from Germany.

Online update

Individual, defined displays or all units together can have new firmware or new features installed online. Customer requests can also be implemented subsequently.

Technical self-monitoring

During times when the SurtitlePro software does not transmit text, the SurtitleSeat system automatically monitors itself. Any errors are detected and written to a log file or reported to the user.

Professional installation, handover, training

A team of engineers and experienced technicians installs server technology, cabling and all the displays in the chairs. We allow the customer to provide their own installation staff. We then train these employees.

Detecting and reporting errors

The seating plan shows the operator where there is a problem and what the error is. The operator can now, for example, send a reboot command to an individual display if the system has not booted correctly.
